Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Next Level Research LLC collects when you use next-levelresearch.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide

When you place an order or contact us, you may provide:

  • Contact details — name and email address.
  • Shipping information — postal address and phone number.
  • Order details — the items you purchase and your order number.
  • Messages — anything you include when you email our support address.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser and is not transmitted to us until you submit an order.

Site analytics

We run our own first-party analytics so we can see which pages and products people find useful and where checkout is going wrong. When you browse the site we record events — page views, product views, items added to or removed from the cart, and checkout steps — into our own database. Each event is tagged with a randomly generated session identifier so that a single visit hangs together as one sequence.

This is deliberately minimal. Our analytics use no cookies, we use no advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles or track you across other websites. The session identifier is a random value stored in your browser’s session storage; it is not tied to your name, email, or order unless you go on to place one, and it is discarded when you close the tab. Each event records only the page or product involved, the type of action, and the time it happened.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by our hosting company. It measures how quickly pages load and counts visits in aggregate. It does not set cookies and, according to Cloudflare, does not track individual visitors across websites.

Site entry acknowledgment

Before browsing the catalog, visitors confirm four site-entry acknowledgments (age, research use only, institutional purpose, and our Site Entry Terms). When you select Enter, we set two cookies that last 30 days: one records, in signed form, that you gave those acknowledgments, the age threshold and the version of the Site Entry Terms you agreed to, and when; the other simply tells the page you are past the entry screen. Both are strictly necessary to operate the entry gate. They contain no name, email, or other personal details and are not used for analytics or advertising.

We also keep a record of each entry as evidence of assent: the time, the terms version and age threshold, and a one-way hash of your IP address combined with a secret value. We do not store the IP address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed to recover it.

Payment information

We do not store full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or wallet credentials on our servers. Payment details are processed by our third-party payment processors under their own security standards and privacy policies:

  • Stripe — credit and debit card payments. Card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment form on our checkout page and are not seen or stored by Next Level Research.
  • NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payments.
  • Cash App and Zelle — when you pay by Cash App or Zelle you pay us directly through their apps; your payment credentials are handled by Cash App or Zelle, not by Next Level Research.

How we use your information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your orders.
  • To respond to your questions and support requests.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
  • Payment processors — to complete your transaction.
  • Service providers — to operate the site. Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery; Supabase hosts the database that stores orders, accounts, mailing-list addresses, and the analytics events described above.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

Marketing emails

If you enter your email address into a signup form on this site, we add it to our mailing list and may send you restock notices, product updates, and occasional offers. We also may email customers who left items in a cart or have not ordered in a while. We do not sell, rent, or share this list.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time at next-levelresearch.com/unsubscribe or by emailing support@next-levelresearch.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have actually placed — order confirmations, payment reminders, and shipping notifications.

Data retention

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal and tax requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@next-levelresearch.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such message or at next-levelresearch.com/unsubscribe. You can clear locally stored cart data, and the analytics session identifier, at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Children

This site is intended for researchers and is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
